Important Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Risk: If the payment status is "Processing" or "Hold" from the bank side, the Temple Administration is not responsible. Access to Pooja will only be given for "Successful" transactions.
2. No Refund: Amount once paid is strictly non-refundable, even if the devotee wants to cancel the booking.
3. Pooja Cancellation: In case a Pooja is cancelled by the temple due to technical/unavoidable reasons, the amount will be adjusted for the Next Scheduled Pooja. No cash refunds.
4. Verification: Devotees must show the Digital Receipt (WhatsApp/Email) at the temple counter before the Pooja starts.
