Payment Verification Process:

  1. Devotee pays through temple QR scanner or direct bank transfer.
  2. Devotee fills booking form completely.
  3. Devotee enters UTR / Transaction ID.
  4. Devotee uploads payment screenshot / slip.
  5. Website saves booking details in database.
  6. Devotee receives booking email.
  7. Temple receives booking alert email.
  8. Temple manually verifies payment from bank / scanner records.
  9. Only after verification booking should be treated as confirmed.

Gate Entry Process

Gate Entry Steps:

  1. Complete booking form and payment submission.
  2. Wait for temple payment verification.
  3. Save Booking ID and Gate Pass Code.
  4. At temple gate / counter, show Booking ID, Gate Pass Code, registered phone number, and digital slip.
  5. Temple staff will verify booking and mark gate entry.
  6. Once gate entry is marked, the same booking should not be reused.

Important Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment Risk: If payment status is processing, pending, on hold, delayed, failed, reversed, or not credited from bank side, temple administration is not responsible.
  2. Booking Confirmation: Filling the form alone does not mean pooja is confirmed. Booking will be considered only after successful payment verification.
  3. No Refund: Amount once paid is strictly non-refundable.
  4. Temple Cancellation: If pooja/event is cancelled, postponed, delayed, or changed by temple due to unavoidable reasons, amount may be adjusted to the next scheduled pooja only. No cash refund.
  5. Correct Details: Devotee must enter correct devotee name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, gothram, nakshatram, seva details, amount, and transaction ID.
  6. Proof Required: Devotees must preserve transaction ID, payment slip, booking email, and digital slip and show them at the temple if asked.
  7. Manual Verification: Temple has full right to manually verify bank entry, QR payment entry, UTR number, screenshot, amount, date, and time before confirmation.
  8. WhatsApp / Email Delivery: Temple is not responsible if devotee enters wrong email or wrong WhatsApp number.
  9. Gate Entry: Devotee must show Booking ID, Gate Pass Code, registered phone number, and digital slip at temple gate or counter.
  10. Single Entry Control: Once entry is marked at gate, the same booking cannot be reused without temple approval.
  11. Temple Rights: Temple administration decision regarding booking acceptance and verification shall be final.

After successful submission, booking details will be saved, email will be sent, and WhatsApp ready links will be shown.
